By purchasing the Agency License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use cold mail for your own business operations and client campaigns. You may run campaigns for unlimited clients under your brand. Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the software itself (in original or modified form) is strictly prohibited.
The Source Code License grants you access to the full source code (Go + React) with the right to build and operate one (1) SaaS product on top of it. You may charge your customers for access to your SaaS platform. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or sub-license the underlying source code to other developers or businesses. The license permits building a product, not reselling the codebase.
cold mail is a self-hosted tool. You are responsible for providing the environment (hardware, operating system, runtimes) needed to execute the script. We are not responsible for server costs or maintenance.

cold mail is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the script, including but not limited to loss of data or banned email sender accounts.
Your one-time purchase includes lifetime access to the software and all future updates. Updates are delivered via the built-in one-click update system in the admin dashboard. No maintenance plans or renewal fees.
You may not use cold mail to send unsolicited spam, phishing emails, or any content that violates applicable laws. You are solely responsible for compliance with anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) in your jurisdiction.
